Training on product and support through teleconference

Two innovative new services of Phaistos Networks, which involve information, training and support of our associates.

Through the Tele-Training system, you can make audiovisual contact with the staff of Phaistos Networks and:

to be adequately and directly trained on the use of the platform
to watch in real time the presentation of the product
to submit at the same time your questions, which will be answered by trained personnel
to exchange any necessary multimedia training material
to try the service directly, with the supervision/guidance of Phaistos Networks

Direct audiovisual communication and technical support for the partners of Adman, such as:

answers to technical or other advice on the use of the service
answers to problems and prompt solution through the computers which are connected to the system
