Training on product and support through teleconference
Two innovative new services of Phaistos Networks, which involve information, training and support of our associates.
Tele-Training
Through the Tele-Training system, you can make audiovisual contact with the staff of Phaistos Networks and:- to be adequately and directly trained on the use of the platform
- to watch in real time the presentation of the product
- to submit at the same time your questions, which will be answered by trained personnel
- to exchange any necessary multimedia training material
- to try the service directly, with the supervision/guidance of Phaistos Networks
Tele-Support
Direct audiovisual communication and technical support for the partners of Adman, such as:- answers to technical or other advice on the use of the service
- answers to problems and prompt solution through the computers which are connected to the system
